I spent more than 14 years building a successful career in the Australian Public Service (APS), rising from APS6 to SES Band 1, leading large teams, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and delivering complex reform in high-pressure environments.
From the outside, it looked like success.
On the inside, something was changing, and none of the places I was taught to look for answers could meet me there. Traditional leadership programs, executive coaching, and performance frameworks helped me do leadership well, but they couldn’t help me navigate the deeper evolution I was experiencing as a woman in midlife. The shifts in my body, energy, identity, and sense of purpose were real, and they were asking for something different.
What I eventually realised is this: I wasn’t falling apart, I was standing at a crossroad.
Leadership Reimagined™ was born from that threshold and from years of working with senior women who were having the same experience but had no language for it.
Today, as a Leadership Success Coach and Master HeartHealing™ Practitioner, I work with accomplished women, particularly across the public sector, who are ready to move beyond striving and into a form of leadership that is embodied, grounded, and deeply aligned.

Each module runs over six weeks:
- Five weekly lessons, released one at a time, so you can move at a steady, intentional pace
- Followed by an integration week, allowing insights to settle before moving forward
