I’m a Success Coach for senior women leaders at a crossroads in their careers. I help you gain clarity and confidence to decide on the next move that's right for YOU, so you can rewrite the rules about what it means to be a woman with influence.
As a former public servant, I understand the challenges of navigating an APS career. Over 14 years, I grew my career from an APS6 to a SESB1. I was involved in large organisational change projects, managed multiple million-dollar budgets and led large teams of people through significant transformations. But despite being qualified, capable and experienced, I found myself burnt out and broken, leaving a career I loved. The truth is, if I knew then what I know now, I probably would have made a different decision.
And I don’t want that for you.

You're in the
perfect place
Learning and development is my jam. I’ve led a range of organisational development projects working with industry leaders to develop cutting-edge strategies and leadership development programs to get real results. Hey, I wouldn’t have risen to the dizzy heights of SES if I didn’t, right? I’ve received organisational accolades, including an Australia Day award. My programs are a combination of my lived experience and contemporary, innovative development strategies to get you the best, long-lasting, sustainable results in the least amount of time.
So, I'm for you if...
You want to commit to becoming the leader that you were destined to be. If you are prepared to do the hard work and be satisfied that even though you might be shut down, someone in the room is witnessing and learning. Someone is changing their view, and someone is making a commitment to be more like you when they get the opportunity to. If you are open to rediscovering the feminine that lies deep within and are curious about how working with your cycles, seasons, and the moon can improve your experience as a leader, then we're going to create magic together!
I don’t have a silver bullet, and your leadership development won’t be over in a single program. I can guide you, prompt you, prod you and ask you hard questions, but you have to do the work. Leading with intention is a way of being, not an event.
